A Mango Room Specialty
Jollof rice is one of our specialties and also a favorite of many Ghanaians. This is a very aromatic and flavorsome rice meal cooked in a pot, similar to the Spanish paella and the Cajun Jambalaya. Our chefs deliver this in a style unique to the people of Senegal but with a Ghanaian twist. We also offer a vegetarian version on request. Meat lovers can enjoy this local dish with a choice of chicken, beef or fish. The meal with a side of the Ghanaian Kebab and vegetable salad is a favorite combination of our regular guests
